In the post, Imran Khan revealed that his eyelashes got burnt off during a particular scene in ‘Luck’. He shared a picture from the sets of the film, where he is seen holding an umbrella amidst a backdrop of fire. Imran clarified that the fire in the picture was real and not a visual effect.

Imran Khan, known for his candidness, captioned the post saying, “Speaking of Luck… I found these old pictures and thought they would be interesting to share. Yes, that’s real fire. Yes, that’s real fire. The umbrella helped with the sun, but not the flames. My eyelashes actually got burned off during a take, when an explosion went off too close infront of me. And yes, that’s also really me strapped to the outside of a flying Cessna.
‘Luck’, released in 2009, was a Bollywood action-thriller where Imran Khan played the lead role alongside Shruti Haasan. The film revolved around a high-stakes game involving four participants who are sent to different corners of the world to face unforeseen challenges.
