OnePlus Ace 5, Ace 5 Pro expected launch date
The OnePlus Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro’s chipsets and likely debut date were revealed by tipster Digital Chat Station (translated from Chinese) in a post on the Chinese social media site Weibo. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, which presently powers the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and other top smartphones, might power the OnePlus Ace 5.
The forthcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, which is anticipated to debut at the next Snapdragon Summit, which is scheduled to take place in Hawaii from October 21 to October 23, is reportedly powering the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro.
It won’t be the first smartphone to have it, though, as rumors have it that Xiaomi has obtained “exclusive first launch rights” for the rumored Xiaomi 15 Pro. It is anticipated that both smartphones would be on sale in December or the fourth quarter of 2024.
