Srinagar: In a chilling turn of events, a brave Kashmiri soldier, who had returned home on leave, has gone missing, leaving his family and fellow soldiers in distress. As an intense search operation unfolds, the tense aura looms over the picturesque valleys of Kashmir, demanding answers to the perplexing disappearance.
Despite the joy of being reunited with his family in Kashmir Rifleman Javed Ahmad’s homecoming has taken a distressing turn. The soldier who was on leave went missing after leaving his house in a private vehicle the previous night and has not returned since. His disappearance has triggered a massive search operation to locate him.

The family of the missing Kashmiri soldier has released a video
Rifleman Javed Ahmad was from Jammu And Kashmir light infantry regiment. He came home on leave at the time of Eid and was about to continue his duties from tomorrow. At around 6:30 pm in the evening yesterday he went out to buy some stuff from the market but never returned. He went out in his Alto car. The family members started looking for him when Javed didn’t return till 9 pm. The family found his car in the market and according to the reports claimed, the car had some blood spots in it.
Search operations have been deployed to comb the area surrounding Javed’s village. Security forces have launched search operations for the 25 year old soldier. It has been suspected by the family members of Javed that he has been kidnapped by the terrorists. They have also put out a video appealing to the kidnappers to release their Javed.
In the video the mother is seen saying that “Please forgive us. Release my son, release my Javed. I will not let him work in Army, but please release him.” Soldier’s father Mohammad Ayub Wani said to media that “My son was posted in Ladakh. He had come home just after Eid and was supposed to join back on duty tomorrow. He had stepped out last evening to buy some stuff from market. He was stopped by some people and kidnapped. I appeal to them to please release my son.
