Spectators escape safely
Immediately after the billboards fell, the security personnel swiftly relocated some spectators to a safer area. On the other hand, the ground maintenance team efficiently managed the aftermath, preparing the field for the second half of the game. The gusty winds also wreaked havoc on several World Cup promotional materials, scattering and tearing them apart. However, the on-site teams promptly handled the situation.
It’s worth mentioning that there were prior forecasts indicating the possibility of rain in Lucknow on the day of the match.
