India-Pakistan: In a remarkable turn of events Anju a married Indian woman who left her husband behind to meet her lover in Pakistan has been awarded land by a Pakistani businessman upon her decision to convert to Islam. This unusual story has garnered significant attention highlighting the complexities of love faith and cultural barriers.
Anju’s story began when she traveled to Pakistan with the intention of reuniting with her lover leaving her husband and family behind in India. In pursuit of her feelings she made the daring decision to cross borders entering a foreign country where cultural and religious differences abound.

Anju has been gifted land by Pakistani businessman

Indian woman Anju from Alwar who went to Pakistan to meet her Facebook friend Nasrullah on proper visa for 30 days leaving her husband and a daughter behind in India is now gifted with 10 Marla housing land, a cheque of PKR 50,000 by the CEO of Pakistan Star Group of Companies that is Mohsin Khan Abbasi. Mohsin said that the gifts has been given to Anju now Fatima to make her feel like home. In a video of him interacting with Anju and Nasrullah, heis saying “Anju has come here from India and has converted to Islam So these gifts are to welcome her, to congratulate her as we are immensely happy. This is just a small attempt to appreciate her.”
He further said that “Another thing is when someone comes to a new place, the main problem is of housing. Since we have a project running, we thought we can accommodate them here. Our board of directors approved it and we gave the plot in her name. Rest are all small gifts so that she does not feel she faced any trouble after converting to Islam — so that she can make this her home,”
Anju’s husband in India is saying that she can’t marry anyone as she is still his wife legally. Arvind further said that on July 20 Anju was going to meet her friends in Jaipur. Then he got the news that she has crossed the Wagah border and went to meet her friend Nasrullah in Pakistan and after this the news came that they got married and she has accepted Islam as her religion.
