The South Korean smartphone manufacturer, Samsung, is likely to release the Samsung Galaxy A06 soon. A tipster has revealed a number of details about the next entry-level smartphone before its expected release.
According to these leaked photos, the Samsung Galaxy A06 may resemble other models that were introduced in the A series earlier this year. On the company’s website, a support page for the phone has also been noticed, indicating that an India launch is imminent.
Samsung Galaxy A06 design, features
The Samsung Galaxy A06’s design renders have been revealed by tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer (@OnLeaks) and GizNext, providing us with a preview of what to expect from the forthcoming phone.
The phone, according to the pictures, will have a flat display with a selfie camera housed in a cutout shaped like a waterdrop. The phone has flat edges and thick bezels surrounding the display.
The volume and power buttons of the Samsung Galaxy A06 are situated on top of the Key Island, which is also present on the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35, and also has an integrated fingerprint reader on its right edge. The glossy back panel, on the other hand, displays an LED flash and a twin camera arrangement arranged vertically.
According to leaked device renders, the only noticeable branding on the phone is the Samsung emblem, which is located toward the bottom of the rear panel. The Galaxy A06’s bottom edge houses a speaker grille, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
According to the information supplied by the source, the Samsung Galaxy A05’s replacement will have a 6.7-inch LCD screen and a MediaTek Helio G85 CPU. The smartphone is reportedly sporting 6GB of RAM; internal storage or other memory options are not mentioned.

Samsung has not yet disclosed a date for the Galaxy A06’s launch in India, but MySmartPrice has discovered a support page for the phone — which has the model number SM-A065F — on the Indian branch of the company’s website. Although it doesn’t include the previously reported rumored features, it does allude to the smartphone’s impending release in India.
