The Vivo V29e has been launched in two variants. Its first variant is equipped with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. It can be purchased for Rs 26,999. Its 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage variant can be purchased for Rs 28,999. It can be purchased in Artistic Blue and Artistic Red colors.
Vivo V29e Design
We have got the artistic red color of this phone. The company has said that this phone comes with color changing glass. When exposed to sunlight, the color of the phone changes and it appears bright red. We have seen this in Vivo’s earlier smartphones also and this can be called a big USP of the company’s phones. It is a bit difficult to use the phone with one hand. This phone is quite slippery. In such a situation, it becomes necessary to put a cover with the phone. Its back panel is mattified on one side and glossy on the other side. Fingerprints may appear on the glossy side. The buttons of the phone are given at the right place. Most people are used to similar patterns.
Vivo V29e ports
Talking about ports, there is SIM tray, Type-C port and speaker grill at the bottom. Volume and power buttons are provided on the right side. Two big sensors are provided at the back. Overall, I liked the look of the phone. Yes, I personally don’t like stripes but there are many users who may like this kind of design. The phone is 7.49mm thin and weighs 180.5 grams.

The phone has a 6.78 inch FHD+ AMOLED display. This is a 3D curved display. Its refresh rate is 120 Hz. I watched many videos on the phone. The colors of the videos were accurate and bright. If you are watching a movie or series on an OTT platform, then the experience also depends on the quality of that video.
Be it YouTube or Netflix, the fun of watching videos doubles. From colors to detailing and accuracy, everything was perfect in it. Although its display supports HDR10+ but it does not support HDR content on YouTube. The brightness seemed a bit low when in direct sunlight. Overall its display can be said to be good in this segment.
Vivo V29e Performance
The Vivo V29e has Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor with 8 GB RAM. Also, up to 256 GB storage is provided. The processor could have been improved in the range in which this phone has been launched. But on average all the work can be done easily on the phone. During this period, no hang or lag issue will be seen. However, if you use heavy apps and use the phone continuously then the phone may hang. Tasks like browsing, social media scrolling, a little gaming, calling, messaging, listening to songs can be done easily without any hassle.

Talking about audio experience, Vivo V29e has a single speaker at the bottom. The lack of stereo speakers will be felt. However, the sound of the phone is fine. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor which is quite quick.

This phone works on Android 13 based on Funtouch 13. This phone is loaded with bloatwares which spoil the screen experience of the phone. Customization levels are provided in the phone through which you can completely control the look and feel of the device. Quick search function is provided. If you want a phone with a clean interface then this phone may disappoint you.
Vivo V29e gaming experience
Talking about gaming, we played Subway Safar, Candy Crush, Racing games in this phone. Also played games like Asphalt 9. The experience was quite smooth and good with games with low graphics or normal games. The experience with Asphalt 9 was also fine but it would be better to play it on low graphic settings. Gaming for too long is not good for the phone. Anyway, this is not a gaming smartphone, so it is advisable to do a little gaming on it.
Vivo V29e Battery
Vivo V29e has a 5000 mAh battery which is equipped with 44W fast charging. Even if you use the phone the whole day, its battery can support you for 1 day. At the same time, if you use it averagely, its battery can last for one and a half days. Talking about charging capacity, it takes more than 1 hour to get fully charged.
Vivo V29e Camera
Dual rear camera is present in the phone. Its first sensor is of 64 megapixels which comes with OIS lens. At the same time, the second sensor is an 8 megapixel wide-angle lens. The phone has a 50-megapixel AF front sensor for selfie. In daylight, photos from the primary sensor of the phone come with a lot of detailing. Its colors and sharpness were also quite accurate. It has been given a wide dynamic range due to which the highlights and shadows in the photo remain balanced.
Talking about portrait shots, its shots come with quite clear and detailing. The subject emerges immediately. The background gets blurred nicely. Talking about ultra-wide camera, it is not much better than this but decent photos are captured. There is a lack of detailing and focus. Night photography is disappointing. Lack of detailing is visible. The phone has a 50-megapixel front camera with which good shots can be taken in daylight. However, sometimes selfies look oversaturated.
