New Delhi: The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has requested that a few terms and dialogues from the much-anticipated Dharma movie “Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani” be changed before it is released.
One suggestion was made in relation to Mamata Banerjee, the Chief Minister of West Bengal, and the Lok Sabha. In order to obtain approval for the film’s release, the CBFC advised removing both components. After that, the entire scenario was shortened.
Additionally, the CBFC requested that the word “bra” be changed to “item” and asked the film’s creators to omit a scene from a lingerie store. Another edit made to the romantic comedy movie was to replace a swear word with “Behen di.”

Along with that, the name of the spirits brand “Old Monk” was changed to “Bold Monk.” With all of these censorship changes, the movie was given the all-clear for its July 19 release. The movie received certification, and it will now premiere on July 28.
The duration of the film is 168 minutes, or 2 hours and 48 minutes. According to the officials, it was decided to maintain the film inside CBFC’s restrictions.
Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, directed by Karan Johar, is a highly anticipated movie for fans of classic Bollywood who enjoy the combination of family drama, the heroine dancing in the mountains while wearing a chiffon saree, and expansive, beautiful sets that have a touch of family conflict.
While Alia Bhatt, who plays Rani, is from a traditional Bengali household, Ranveer Singh, who plays Rocky, is from a Punjabi family.
