Alongside the flagship OnePlus 12, the OnePlus 12R was unveiled in India in January. It came with two RAM and storage configurations, and now OnePlus has released a new storage variant.
The OnePlus 12R sports a triple rear camera setup, an Android 14-based user interface, a 5,000mAh battery with SuperVOOC charging support, and is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition was also released in India in February.
OnePlus 12R price
The OnePlus 12R is now offered in India with a new 8GB + 256GB model, which costs Rs. 42,999 and goes on sale on March 21 at 12 p.m. Indian Standard Time. A few buyers will additionally receive the OnePlus Buds Z2 earphones when they purchase this model.

The price of the OnePlus 12R is Rs. 39,999 for the 8GB + 128GB and Rs. 45,999 for the 16GB + 256GB variants. The only color option for the OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition is Electro Violet, and it costs Rs. 49,999 for 16GB + 256GB.
OnePlus 12R features
The 6.78-inch 1.5K (1,264 x 2,780 pixels) LTPO 4.0 AMOLED display on the OnePlus 12R is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and has a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage, and up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM. OxygenOS 14, based on Android 14, is pre-installed on the phone.

The OnePlus 12R’s triple rear camera unit consists of an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel macro shooter, and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) capabilities. The phone’s front camera has a 16-megapixel sensor.
The OnePlus 12R is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 100W SuperVOOC wired charging, courtesy of OnePlus. In addition, it has USB Type-C, GPS, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, Wi-Fi, and 5G connection. The phone also has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The body is 163.3 x 75.3 x 8.8 mm in dimension and weighs 207 g.
