The last league match of ACC Men’s Emerging Asia Cup 2023 will be played on July 19 between India A and Pakistan A.
Before this match, Pakistan A team’s young batsman and captain Mohammad Haris has given a big statement.
The Pakistan team had already qualified for the semi-finals after winning the first two matches against Nepal and UAE A. Meanwhile, the Indian A team has also reached the semi-finals by winning two matches.
Ahead of the match, Pakistan’s star batsman Mohammad Haris has given a big statement about Team India’s middle-order batsman Suryakumar Yadav.
Till now, Haris has hit many such shots on the field, seeing which everyone is comparing him with Indian batsman Suryakumar Yadav, who is also known as ‘Mr 360 degrees’. However, Mohammad Haasil was fuming over his comparison with Surya.
In fact, while talking to Pak TV during the ACC Emerging Trophy, Mohammad Haris gave his reaction on his batting style and how he tries to play the game. He was termed the ‘Surya’ of Pakistan and compared to India’s T20 superstar Suryakumar Yadav.
“I should not be compared with Surya. Surya is 32-33 years old and I am still 22. I still have to improve a lot ork to reach that level,” Mohammad Haris said.
“Surya has his level, de Villiers has his level, I am good at my level. I want to earn my name as a 360-degree cricketer and not use his name.”
