Madhya Pradesh BJP president V D Sharma expressed that the Prime Minister is offering a significant gift to the people of the Bundelkhand region. It’s worth noting that PM Modi had inaugurated the first Vande Bharat Express train for the state during his visit to Bhopal on April 3, last year.

Earlier, Prime Minister Modi inaugurated the refurbished Rani Kamalapati station, touted as India’s ‘most modern’ railway station, in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Formerly known as Habibganj, the station underwent significant upgrades.

The train was introduced into commercial service on February 15, 2019.

As of March 2024, a total of 41 Vande Bharat trains are currently operational, showcasing the progress and efficiency of the Indian Railways.
